Job Description

MUST HAVE:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field
  • 5+ years 'minimum experience as a Systems Analyst with experience in:
  • Requirement gathering and systems analysis
  • Developing and managing technical documentation including business rules/logic and database actions
  • Maintaining existing computing applications
  • Application testing
  • Advanced troubleshooting and resolution
  • Monitoring service desk queue's and ticketing systems
  • Experience with Windows including winforms, webforms, MVC, ASP, batch console, WCF, and Class Library
  • Database tools experience with SQL Developer, SSMS-SQL Server Management Studio, and z/OS SPUFI
  • Ability to analyze processes and workflows to design efficient information solutions, prepare complex computer program specifications and test plans, translate high level business requirements into detailed business requirements and/or functional specifications
  • Experience with programming languages SQL, COBOL, JCL, DOS scripting, and Focus
  • Database platform experience with DB2, Oracle, and SQL Server
  • Strong working knowledge with Microsoft Office
  • Experience with Active Directory security
  • Working knowledge of Citrix
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Knowledge and ability to put ideologies, techniques and tools for quality assurance and controlinto practice
