We are looking for practitioners who will work alongside Healthcare organization leadership teams to drive business value through the design and delivery of marketing strategies that connect customer insight to business impact.

Qualifications

Required:

  • 7+ years of experience with a demonstrated history of consulting delivery in marketing strategy, brand and commercial strategy, or related areas of the CMO agenda

  • 1+ years of experience incorporating AI into daily workflow and leveraging AI tools to enable and optimize the client experience
  • Ability to travel up to 30%+ on average, based on the work you do and the clients you serve
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

Preferred:

  • 2+ years of experience leading workstreams or projects, including managing scope, timelines, and deliverables
  • Comfort with and exposure to the technical aspects of marketing, including MarTech platforms, tools, and the implications of AI (no requirement to design or build technology)

Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and manage complex, multi-stakeholder engagements

  • Experience presenting recommendations and deliverables to executive stakeholders
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams and translate business needs into analytical or technology-enabled solutions
  • Experience supporting proposals, solution shaping, or workplan development
  • History of bringing a 'Team First' mentality and willingness to work collaboratively in a close-knit community focused on growing our market footprint
  • Experience growing and developing teams, especially practitioners with 0-2 years of experience
