The Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect provides leadership on the program to initiate, plan, coordinate, and execute engineering activities for delivering Enterprise Management products and services to satisfy program and customer specified requirements. The Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect oversees the contractor's Information Technology Service Management (ITSM) and Enterprise Monitoring support activities to execute project and program requirements using best-of-breed industry processes and tools to optimize consistency and quality of performance. The Technology Strategy & Roadmap Architect is responsible for all technical performance and will serve as the primary point of contact within the Contractor PMO for all technical matters and issues related to Enterprise Management Services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide engineering expertise and guidance for the design, development, implementation, operations and sustainment of Enterprise Management Services that enhance overall system performance and availability.
  • Lead the research, analysis, solution design and implementation planning of the modernization of existing Enterprise Management solutions.
  • Drive strategic technical innovation, demonstrating a breadth and depth of knowledge in all things related to the complex operations of Enterprise Management Services.
  • Provide technical knowledge and analysis of high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration advice on complex matters that require expert level knowledge of the subject matter for effective implementation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with implementing, engineering, architecting, designing or operating Enterprise Management technologies with an emphasis in DoW capabilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading design and implementation of complex enterprise management IT solutions on a large program ($50M+ total contract value).
  • Demonstrated leadership experience serving as chief architect, chief engineer, functional manager or team lead for a minimum of 5 years.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience with implementing, engineering, architecting, and designing ITSM platforms (e.g. ServiceNow or BMC Remedy) for an enterprise of > 5,000 users.
  • Demonstrated experience modernizing complex enterprise management systems.
  • Demonstrated experience presenting briefing to senior customer management and customer stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's Degree, or higher, in Computer Science, Communications, Engineering, or IT-related discipline; or, equivalent four (4) years' experience in IT engineering.
  • Certified ITIL v3 foundation and CompTIA Security+.

Desired Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator.
  • Demonstrated experience in enterprise management design, engineering, and operations with emphasis on NGA capabilities.
  • Demonstrated five or more years of experience supporting an IC or DoW agency in adopting and transitioning systems and services to cloud environments, including hybrid cloud environments.
  • Demonstrated specialized experience applying ICD 503 or DCID 6/3 requirements to secure information Systems.
  • Demonstrated five or more years of experience working with NGA or IC ITE engineering working groups.

Clearance:

  • An active Top Secret is required, must be willing to obtain SCI and polygraph

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Vermont, Virginia, Washington, and the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
