Salesforce is looking for a highly motivated team member to support and execute sales programs for Salesforce's Success Plans (Premier & Signature Success). This role contributes to pipeline development, revenue growth, and market coverage in support of Salesforce's NNAOV initiative.

This role supports key aspects of Success Plan sales programs, including program execution, performance tracking, partner coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, intellectual curiosity, and a passion for operationalizing data-driven insights.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the identification, operationalization, and measurement of sales programs targeting new revenue and attrition risk.

  • Partner closely with aligned sales and renewals teams, serving as a reliable resource and point of contact.

  • Build reports and dashboards to track program performance and surface insights for senior leadership.

  • Assist in preparing executive-ready presentations summarizing program impact, successes, and opportunities.

  • Contribute to cross-functional projects representing the Success Plans team and help drive strategy forward.

  • Navigate time zone complexity and regional nuance to effectively support globally distributed teams.

Desired Skills/Experience:

Experience

  • 6+ years of relevant experience in Sales Programs, Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or related fields (or equivalent experience)

  • Experience working with or supporting international/regional sales or Go-To-Market teams preferred

  • Proven ability to build relationships across functions and manage competing priorities

  • Degree or equivalent relevant experience required. Experience will be evaluated based on core competencies for the role (e.g. extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)

Skills

  • Analytical mindset with comfort working in data - Excel/Google Sheets, Salesforce reports, Tableau or similar

  • Understanding of business metrics and ability to connect program activity to strategic goals

  • Comfortable utilizing AI tools to drive efficiency and scale in Sales Programs

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing presentations or executive summaries

  • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams across regions and time zones

  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative, globally distributed environment

  • Familiarity with Salesforce products and platform a plus
