Summary
The Audio Visual Sr Client Solutions Manager serves as both a strategic account leader and a quality execution partner, responsible for managing the successful delivery of service plans for high-value high-value client accounts. This role ensures a seamless transition from Business Development to Operations, while maintaining excellence in client service, internal processes, and execution standards across complex, large-scale events. The position requires proactive oversight of account deliverables, financial planning, and cross-functional coordination to ensure profitability, client satisfaction, and operational integrity. Working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, the Client Solutions Manager drives innovation, quality assurance, compliance, and continuous process improvement. This exempt-level role combines strategic influence, strong business acumen, independent judgment and decision-making, adaptability, and the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
This position will support our AV Sales Group under our Growth (Sales) team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of any of the following locations:

  • Las Vegas, NV

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Client Management
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact and ensuring exceptional client experiences.
  • Oversee account transitions, project scope, budgets, and client communications throughout the event lifecycle.
  • Build strong client relationships, resolve issues proactively, and identify opportunities for account growth and additional services.
  • Partner with internal teams to support strategic account development and business growth initiatives.

Event Planning & Execution
  • Lead complex events from planning through execution, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Manage timelines, resources, workforce planning, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless event delivery.
  • Maintain quality, safety, and profitability standards while adapting to evolving client and event needs.
  • Travel as needed to oversee on-site event setup, execution, and teardown.

Operational Responsibilities
  • Translate client requirements into actionable plans and coordinate execution across internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Manage logistics, resources, and operational processes to ensure efficient project delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, address changes, and support budget management to drive successful outcomes.
  • Participate in client meetings, site visits, and operational planning activities.

Financial Accountability
  • Develop and manage event budgets, pricing, estimates, and forecasting to ensure profitability and financial accuracy.
  • Oversee project setup, budgeting processes, and financial tracking in company systems.
  • Support revenue growth through product knowledge, account expansion, and strategic upselling opportunities.

Technical Expertise
  • Maintain knowledge of AV technology, industry best practices, and company products and services.
  • Ensure successful execution of technical event components and utilize company systems to manage proposals, budgets, and project documentation.

Administrative & Miscellaneous
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting, contracts, and expense records.
  • Build strong relationships across internal teams and represent the company professionally at all times.
  • Participate in industry events, client engagements, and other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, High School Diploma or Equivalent with relevant work experience required
  • 5 or more years of related AV sales, AV account management, or AV project management experience.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.
  • Ability to learn multiple internal and external systems.
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple events simultaneously.
  • Working knowledge of all Google, Adobe, and Microsoft software applications.
  • Advanced customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to write reports, proposals, and business correspondence.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and clients.
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
  • Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
  • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
  • Proficient in Google Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Workfront, Salesforce, and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
