AsanEI&OWorkplace Technology Program Manager, you will play a critical leadership role in delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives that enable Fidelity's evolving workplace strategy. Working closely with Real Estate, Architecture & Engineering, Enterprise Infrastructure, End User Computing, Security, Product Management, and external partners, you will drive the planning, coordination, and execution of technology programs supportingmodernization efforts.

This roleis responsible forleading multiple concurrent programs that span network infrastructure, wireless, telecommunications, audiovisual systems, workplace technology platforms, and end-user technology services. You will bring together diverse stakeholders, manage competing priorities, mitigate risks, and ensure successful delivery of business-critical initiatives while aligning with enterprise technology standards, operational requirements, and long-term workplace technology strategies.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop executive-level communications,facilitatesteering committees, and present program status, risks, and recommendations to senior leadership.

  • Experience managing external vendors, consultants, and service providers to ensure successful delivery, quality outcomes, and adherence to enterprise standards.
