Job description



An enterprise financial services organization is seeking a Technology Resilience Analyst in Charlotte, NC. This hybrid role supports technology resilience efforts by partnering across infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform teams to strengthen recovery and response capabilities.


About the Opportunity:




  • Shift: Day shift




  • Schedule: Monday through Friday (2 days in office)




  • Hours: Standard business




  • Setting: Hybrid




Responsibilities:




  • Support the technology resilience program by coordinating with technical teams across infrastructure, cloud, application, database, cybersecurity, and platform environments




  • Participate in technical discussions to identify recovery challenges, dependencies, and remediation needs




  • Analyze incidents and recovery exercises and help drive follow-up actions to improve resilience




  • Prepare recovery test reports, presentations, and other materials for technical and executive audiences




  • Contribute to resilience efforts across servers, databases, networking, storage, cloud platforms, backup and recovery technologies, and enterprise applications




Qualifications:




  • Experience in infrastructure support, cloud operations, disaster recovery, backup and recovery, application support, systems administration, production support, incident management, or a related technical discipline




  • Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills




  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills




  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills




  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts effectively in meetings with multiple stakeholders




  • Experience using AI tools for optimization and efficiency gains




  • Ability to work onsite in Charlotte, NC two days per week




  • Ability to communicate effectively in front of large audiences and senior stakeholders




Desired Skills:




  • Experience with ServiceNow BCM Module




  • Experience creating ServiceNow dashboards




  • Cloud certifications




  • Prior resilience, disaster recovery coordination, or junior engineering experience




  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with both cloud and on-premises workloads




  • Prior financial industry experience
