Ensure the overall quality of the projects

Ensuring Timely Billing & Escalation tracking

Establish "Best Practices" and plan for continuous improvement of processes

Experience on performance appraisals

Sound knowledge in Insurance / Financial IT project execution

Knowledge in service levels and metrics

Qualifications

Project Planning & Execution (Development, System testing, Regression test, UAT, Deployment, Warranty support etc..)

 ITIL Experience is required

 Requirements gathering for business requirements & provide estimates
