Location: Inver Grove Heights, MN (Remote)
  • 8+ years of experience in IT project/program management.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience managing JD Edwards projects (EnterpriseOne or World).
  • Responsible for leading the planning, execution, and delivery of Upgrade program within the JD Edwards (EnterpriseOne or World) ecosystem.
  • This role oversees system upgrades, implementations, integrations, and enhancements to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • On-time delivery, and optimal performance of JDE-based business processes.
  • Coordinate efforts among cross-functional teams - finance, manufacturing, etc.
  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to technical and functional teams.
  • Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource utilization.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong analytical and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and teams.
  • Good to have PMP and JD Edwards certification (Functional or Technical) preferred.
