The Senior Manager of Operations & Project Management is a senior leadership role responsible for driving operational excellence, cross-functional execution, and scalable growth initiatives across Healthy Contributions. This role serves as both a strategic operator and a hands-on delivery leader-owning the operational roadmap, leading complex, cross-brand initiatives, and ensuring healthcare payor programs are implemented effectively for franchisees, partners, and internal teams.
The Senior Manager acts as a subject matter expert in healthcare partner and employee wellness operations, incentive payment processing, and program enablement, while setting best-in-class standards for project execution, financial discipline, and change management. This role partners closely with Technology, Finance, Operations, Marketing, Legal and Brand Leadership to translate strategy into action and measurable business outcomes.
Purpose/Impact: (Duties & Essential Functions)
Operational Leadership & Strategy
  • Lead the development and execution of the Healthy Contributions operational roadmap, aligning healthcare initiatives to business priorities, franchise needs, and growth goals.

  • Partner with executive and cross-functional leadership to translate strategic objectives into prioritized, actionable healthcare payor and provider programs and initiatives.

  • Serve as a strategic advisor by synthesizing operational insights, financial data, and processing considerations into clear recommendations and decision support.

  • Identify opportunities to scale programs, improve efficiencies, mitigate risk, and enhance franchisee, partner, and member experience.

Program & Project Management Excellence
  • Own delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives from concept through launch, including scope definition, timelines, resourcing, and risk management.

  • Apply best-in-class project and agile methodologies, including sprint planning, demos, and backlog prioritization in partnership with Technology and Legal leaders.

  • Serve as the keeper of project plans, integration milestones, and long-term initiative tracking (including future-year planning and intake).

  • Proactively identify and manage risks, dependencies, and resourcing constraints; develop mitigation and contingency plans.

Financial, Data & Performance Management
  • Leverage operational and financial metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities across HC programs and partnerships.

  • Track and manage program spend, L&D investment, and initiative-level financials to ensure disciplined use of resources.

  • Oversee KPI development, reporting, and post-launch performance measurement to demonstrate impact and inform continuous improvement.

Operations Enablement & SME Leadership
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Healthy Contributions operations, systems, and business processes, including incentive payments and portal functionality.

  • Ensure franchisees, account managers, and internal teams are equipped with clear processes, tools, and resources to support adoption and execution.

  • Partner with Brand, Marketing, Legal, Tech, Finance and Operations to coordinate launches, updates, and ongoing enablement.

Communication & Executive Reporting
  • Develop executive summaries, business briefs, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, outcomes, and risks.

  • Provide consistent status reporting and post-launch insights to senior leaders and stakeholders.

  • Support and, when needed, draft franchise-facing communications related to operational programs, rollouts, and updates.

Cross-Brand & Partner Collaboration
  • Serve as a primary HC liaison across brands, sharing initiatives, program updates, and upcoming launches with key stakeholders and operators.

  • Support strategic partnerships and pilot initiatives, including emerging health and wellness services and benefits offerings (e.g., nutrition, GLP-1, HSA/FSA support).

  • Act as a point person for cross-brand operational coordination and integration efforts.

People Leadership & Talent Development
  • Lead and develop direct reports, including performance management, coaching, and 1:1s.

  • Foster a culture of accountability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

  • Support workforce planning and capability development aligned to HC's evolving operational needs.

Core Strengths & Capabilities
  • Advanced expertise in project and program management tools (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Jira) and Microsoft Office.

  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence across levels, functions, and brands.

  • Proven ability to lead change, drive adoption, and guide teams through operational transformation.

  • Highly analytical with strong business judgment; able to translate complex data and processes into clear insights and actions.

  • Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and growth-oriented environment.

  • Experience in franchise, healthcare payor or wellness provider environments strongly preferred.

Strengths and Background
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Project Management, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of progressive experience in operations, project management, or program leadership, with demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional initiatives.

  • Experience leading teams and influencing senior stakeholders.
