Job description

Information Technology Talent Acceleration Program (TAP)

The Land O’Lakes Information Technology Talent Acceleration Program develops future leaders and technologists by exposing new graduates to a breadth of experiences and technical training designed to accelerate their careers while making an impact on real business challenges. 

The graduate will rotate through different areas of IT depending on career interests & business needs. Rotations can be tailored to focus more on technical depth in a particular area, or more broadly across varying disciplines. 

This multi-year program will provide the successful candidate with impactful experiences in a variety of technology areas such as: Data & Analytics, Software Development, Infrastructure Support, and Security. 

The candidate will also gain experience in agile development methodology and work cross-functionally as they enable and support various parts of the Land O’Lakes businesses.  

In addition to the rotational assignments, there is a predefined leadership development curriculum with the opportunity to expand your network and business acumen. The individual will also have strong exposure to the Land O'Lakes senior leadership team. 

Experience-Education (Required):  

  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Cybersecurity, or related field with a graduation date of Dec 2026 or May 2027 

  • Minimum 3.0 GPA  

  • At least 1 internship in a related field  

  • Willingness and ability to relocate throughout the program  

  • Successfully completed the Land O’Lakes summer internship program 

Competencies-Skills (Required):  

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with customer service focus.   

  • Problem-solving skills to overcome challenges 

  • Communication, Leadership, Initiative, Accountability 

Salary for this position is $77,000
