Job Title: Order To Cash Delivery / Program Manager
Location: Hybrid - King of Prussia, PA (4 days onsite/1 day remote)
Job Type: Independent Contract (Contractor / Non-Employee)
Start Date: ASAP
Pay Rate: $72-75/hr 1099 / C2C
Contract Length: 12+ Months
We are seeking an experienced Delivery Manager / Program Manager with strong expertise in Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, hands-on exposure to technical platforms (preferably Azure), and proven experience leading complex transformation and delivery programs. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business, technology, and operations, driving successful project execution and stakeholder alignment.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of O2C-focused technology or process transformation initiatives.
  • Own the project lifecycle from requirements gathering, solution design, development, deployment, and stabilization.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand process challenges and define effective O2C process improvement strategies.
  • Manage cross-functional and cross-geography teams (onshore/offshore model).
  • Oversee program governance, delivery timelines, budget adherence, and risk management.
  • Collaborate with technical teams for solution design and integration, preferably leveraging Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Define KPIs and success metrics to track project health and process efficiency.
  • Conduct regular project reviews with senior leadership and ensure alignment with strategi c business goals.
  • Drive stakeholder communication, change management, and user adoption initiatives.

Qualifications
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery or Program Management.
  • Strong understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) business process - including order management, invoicing, credit management, billing, collections, and revenue recognition.
  • Experience in leading ERP / CRM / cloud transformation programs (NetSuite, SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, or similar).
  • Technical background with hands-on system architecture, integrations, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Azure experience - familiarity with Azure DevOps, pipelines, integrations, and deployment frameworks.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder technology programs.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

Pay Range
USD $70.00 - USD $75.00 /Hr.
