Job Summary

As Granicus accelerates investment in AIpowered solutions for government, the organization has reached an inflection point where how new capabilities are introduced to customers is as important as what is built.

Granicus is seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead early adoption and product readiness for new AI features and capabilities. This role plays a key part in ensuring that new releases are well validated, customer ready, and smoothly adopted before broader rollout.

The Program Manager will work cross functionally with Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation teams to coordinate beta programs, track readiness, and support a consistent, high quality launch experience across our AI portfolio.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working across teams, bringing structure to complex efforts, and helping innovative products succeed in real customer environments.

What Your Impact Will Look Like
Early Adoption and Beta Programs
    Own and manage early-stage adoption for new AI features and products
  • Define program goals, timelines, and success criteria
  • Coordinate customer participation with Sales, Presales, and Implementation partners
  • Collect and synthesize feedback to inform product improvements and release decisions
Product Readiness and Stability
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to support release readiness planning
  • Track and coordinate resolution of issues identified during early adoption
  • Support validation that new releases continue to perform as expected across existing functionality
  • Help ensure new features meet usability and quality expectations prior to general availability
Cross Functional Collaboration
  • Serve as a central point of coordination across Engineering, Design, Presales, and Implementation
  • Support early alignment on design considerations and customer use case
  • Facilitate regular check ins focused on readiness, risks, and launch coordination
  • Ensure customer facing teams are informed and prepared for upcoming changes
Reporting and Communication
  • Provide clear visibility into early adoption outcomes and readiness status
  • Surface insights and trends from customer feedback
  • Support leadership with structured updates on progress, risks, and decisions
