YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the S2P Enablement Manager, the Program Manager is responsible for developing and executing a strategic Source-to-Pay roadmap, leveraging data analytics and industry best practices to optimize vendor spend and drive meaningful impact. This role requires continuous learning and adaptability to evolving business needs, with a focus on identifying opportunities to improve processes. The individual serves as the lead content coordinator for the S2P intranet platform and manages project planning and execution, including coordinating communications with vendors and internal stakeholders. Working cross-functionally, they help align messaging and foster engagement through storytelling, events, and training initiatives. The role also includes system administration for multiple S2P platforms, participation in corporate projects, and ownership of UAT processes including defect resolution, acting as a key IT partner to deliver effective S2P solutions.

WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS

  • Coordinate the translation of high-level business objectives into comprehensive transformation roadmaps.
  • Create and maintain program governance frameworks that ensure strategic alignment across multiple initiatives.
  • Drive project scope and objective activities, ensure all relevant cross functional stakeholders are involved and that scope is technically feasible and deliverable within project schedules.
  • Manage the relationship and expectations of vendors and business units.
  • Perform risk management to identify risks and then drive decisions on risk acceptance, reduction, or elimination.
  • Provide status updates and escalate to Management as needed.
  • Ensure prioritization and alignment of initiatives and that overall projects meet business and financial goals.
  • Proactively manage changes, ensuring clear understanding of impacts and facilitate the decision-making process.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED

  • College/University BA, Business, Supply Chain, Economics or Finance
  • PMP Certification - 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a global software services/high tech environment
  • 5 years of running projects in Source to Pay improvements.
  • Strong analytical skills: able to clearly link results to operational performance drivers, generate alternatives and minimize financial risks.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and change management skills, with all levels, internal and external.
  • Experience collaborating with global Senior Level Management
  • Solution provider
  • Expert skills in using tools such as AI applications, SAP, Ariba, Concur and Microsoft office, a bonus.

Salary Range: $92,320 - $138,480 Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
