Key Responsibilities

  • Lead or assist with the design, implementation, and completion of IT infrastructure projects.
  • Configure and deploy systems including servers, networks, Microsoft 365, and Azure components.
  • Collaborate with project managers and technical staff to define project scope, schedules, and deliverables.
  • Provide technical support during and after project rollout to ensure a smooth transition to support teams.
  • Maintain detailed project documentation and ensure accurate handoffs.
  • Build strong client relationships through clear communication and professional service.


Desired Qualifications

  • Typically, five (5) years of experience in IT support or engineering roles.
  • Strong knowledge of networking, Windows Server environments, Microsoft 365, and Azure.
  • Proficiency in networking technologies including firewalls, routers, switches, wireless, VPNs, and LAN/WAN.
  • Excellent time management, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Some college coursework in IT or related field preferred.
  • Ability to transport and set up IT hardware.


Beneficial Knowledge

  • Experience with Windows 10/11, Server 2016, 2019, 2022, Microsoft 365 tenant configuration, Azure, Intune, and SharePoint.
  • Familiarity with structured cabling and infrastructure design.
  • Linux experience a plus.
  • Relevant certifications such as MCP, MCSA, CompTIA Network+/Security+, Azure Administrator, or CCNA/CCDA.
