CGI is seeking a Product Manager focused on Operational Technology (OT) in a manufacturing plant. This role bridges manufacturing operations, engineering, and technology to improve plant performance through digital transformation.
This role is a strategic position as the client modernizes their plants with smart factory and Industry 4.0 technologies. The product manager acts as the business owner for OT capabilities, ensuring technology investments deliver measurable operational improvements.
This role requires full time on site in Winchester, Virginia.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
* Own the OT product roadmap aligned with manufacturing and business objectives.
* Analyze and document current manufacturing processes, creating process maps of current state, identify inefficiencies, and design future state processes.
* Lead OT initiatives involving Industrial IoT (IIoT), sensors, PLCs, SCADA, MES, robotics, and automation.
* Work with plant operations, maintenance, engineering, IT, and vendors to implement technology solutions.
* Prioritize and manage OT projects from concept through deployment and adoption.
* Define business requirements and success metrics for OT solutions.
* Ensure OT systems are reliable, secure, and integrated with enterprise IT systems where appropriate.
* Drive continuous improvement by leveraging data analytics, predictive maintenance, and process optimization.
* Coordinate change management, user training, and documentation.
* Monitor KPIs such as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness), downtime, throughput, quality, and maintenance costs.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
* Experience in manufacturing operations and OT environments.
* Knowledge of industrial automation (PLC, SCADA, HMI, MES).
* Familiarity with IIoT, Industry 4.0, sensors, robotics, and industrial networking.
* Strong product management, process mapping, and stakeholder management skills.
* Understanding of cybersecurity principles for OT environments.
* Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma is a plus.

The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To support the ability to reward for merit based performance, CGI typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range for this role in the U.S. is $113,400.00 to $198,400.00.
