Als Teamleiter (m/w/d) übernehmen Sie die Verantwortung für ein technisches Team und führen dieses sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch. Gleichzeitig bleiben Sie operativ nah an den Systemen, bringen sich hands-on ein und prägen unsere interurbanen Verkehrsbeeinflussungsanlagen aktiv mit.

  • Sie führen ein wachsendes multidisziplinäres Team mit aktuell 4 Mitarbeitenden im Bereich DevOps / IT Operations & Automation sowohl fachlich als auch disziplinarisch
  • Die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung Ihres Teams, die Förderung individueller Stärken sowie eine strukturierte und moderne Arbeitsorganisation gestalten Sie aktiv
  • Die Einsatzplanung inklusive der Organisation von Rufbereitschaften liegt in Ihrer Verantwortung und stellt einen stabilen operativen Betrieb sicher
  • In enger Zusammenarbeit mit Projektleitung, Engineering, Kunden und internen Stakeholdern treffen Sie fundierte Entscheidungen und sorgen für klare Abstimmungen
Profil
  • Sie verfügen über eine technische Ausbildung, z. B. in den Bereichen Automatisierungstechnik, Systemtechnik oder Informatik, oder über eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der Mitarbeiterführung bringen Sie mit und verstehen sich als Führungskraft, die ihr Team aktiv gestaltet und weiterentwickelt
  • Mindestens 4+ Jahre Erfahrung im Betrieb, der Automatisierung und der kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung komplexer IT‐Systemlandschaften unter Einsatz moderner DevOps‐Praktiken bringen Sie mit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Windows- und Linux-Umgebungen, Virtualisierung (z. B. VMware oder Proxmox), Container-Technologien, Microservices (Kubernetes) sowie TCP/IP-Netzwerken zeichnen Sie aus
  • Erfahrungen mit CI/CD-Pipelines, modernen Deployment-Strategien und Automatisierungslösungen bringen Sie idealerweise bereits mit
  • Kenntnisse im Skripting, beispielsweise mit Python oder PowerShell, sowie Erfahrung mit Monitoring- und Automatisierungstools wie Grafana sind von Vorteil
  • Berührungspunkte mit Leittechnik, Applikations- oder Systemkonfiguration runden Ihr technisches Profil ab
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1) sowie Englischkenntnisse sind wünschenswert
