  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, standards, and procedures

  • Manage business technology systems, workplace infrastructure, office technology, and lab technology
  • Support the technology needs of Aqueduct's corporate headquarters, including collaboration spaces and shared technology resources
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams and external vendors to ensure reliable technology services and support critical facility technologies
  • Support technology projects that improve business productivity, collaboration, and operational efficiency
  • Evaluate and recommend technologies that align with business objectives

AI & Business Enablement

  • Help drive the adoption of AI and modern workplace technologies across the organization
  • Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities to improve productivity through technology
  • Support business application integrations and automation initiatives
  • Promote user adoption through education, best practices, and ongoing support

Operational Excellence & Governance

  • Execute internal technology initiatives aligned with company priorities
  • Ensure internal technology services remain aligned with established security, governance, and operational standards
  • Participate in technology planning, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
  • Maintain technology documentation, asset management, and operational best practices
  • Own the lifecycle management of internal technology assets, including procurement, inventory, deployment, assignment, recovery, refresh planning, software licensing, and secure disposal.

Collaboration

  • Partner with business leaders to understand technology needs and priorities
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Security, Managed Services, and other internal teams to deliver successful technology initiatives
  • Coordinate third-party vendors and service providers supporting the internal technology environment
  • Communicate technology recommendations, project updates, and operational improvements to stakeholders
