About the Role

We're seeking aRecovery Tech Supervisor to guide, support, and develop our team of Recovery Technicians at one of our men's residential sites.
This is a hands-on leadership role - ideal for someone who thrives on teamwork, accountability, and maintaining high standards of care. You'll set the tone for professionalism, teamwork, and compassionate service while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and mentor Recovery Tech staff to uphold excellence in client care and documentation
  • Participate in hiring and onboarding new team members
  • Oversee new hire training, job shadowing, and ongoing staff development
  • Provide on-call leadership support (including occasional shift coverage)
  • Conduct performance evaluations, provide coaching, and manage corrective actions as needed
  • Monitor compliance withMN Statute 245Gand all organizational policies
  • Review and maintain daily logs, audits, and emergency drill documentation
  • Facilitate monthly team meetings and daily huddles
  • Support quality assurance through regular audits (admissions, discharges, property logs, etc.)
  • Partner with leadership to strengthen operations and enhance the client experience
