MUST HAVE SKILLS 1. Experience in Workstation and Basic Hardware Tier 1 and Tier 2 support 2. Ready to work in evening/night shift and provide on-call support for critical production issues 3. Excellent troubleshooting skills 4. Able to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism 5. Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks 6.
