Job description

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of IT and facilities projects from initiation to closure.
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, resources, and budget.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, ensuring timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal departments, contractors, and external vendors to ensure project deliverables are met on time and within budget.

2. Facilities Project Management

Plan and manage facilities projects such as officebuildouts, renovations, relocations, space planning, and infrastructure upgrades.
Manage facilities vendors and servicecontracts andensure minimal disruption to business operations during project work.

3. Stakeholder Management

Collaborate with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, facilities staff, and end-users, to gather requirements and align project objectives.
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, providing updates on project status and changes.

4. Technical Oversight

Work closely with developers, engineers, system administrators, and facilities technicians to ensure technical feasibility and adherence to best practices.
Assist in the identification and evaluation of new technologies, equipment, and functionalities that can enhance business processes and the work environment.

5. Change Management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Construction/Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field; PMP, Agile, or Scrum certification is a plus.
6+ years of experience in project/program management, with at least 4 years managing IT and/or facilities implementations.
Strong understanding of IT systems (SDLC, infrastructure) and facilities operations (buildouts, space planning, physical infrastructure, and vendor management).
Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira,SharePoint, Microsoft Project, etc.) and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
Working knowledge of facilities, building codes, safety standards, and contractor/vendor management is preferred.
