Job Summary:
Keylent Inc is seeking a Technology Manager to join their Firmware Engineering Group within the Commercial Notebook Group. The role involves planning, coordinating, and communicating new technologies between stakeholders and the system team, with a focus on technical intricacies and project management.
Responsibilities:
• Be able to work closely with engineers on new technologies and be able communicate requirements, schedules, and risk to stakeholders and system team
• Help define and comply with project standards, schedules, and processes related to producing a high quality product.
• Work closely with developers to ensure design compliance and operating system compatibility with system and platform specific applications.
• Be able to clearly and concisely communicate deliverable design theory, and specific implementation choices executed.
• Contribute to the development of innovated principles and ideas, and provide highly innovative solutions.
• Lead cross-division functional teams or projects that affect the organizations tactical goals.
• Concurrently manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Work independently with minimal supervision and accept general direction.
• Work equally well as part of a high performance team.
• Provide full documentation and specifications for all responsible output deliverables.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Minimum of 2 years related industry experience or equivalent
• Highly proficient with Windows 7 and Windows 8/8.1/10
• Experience working well with partners, internal and external
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Fluency in English and local language
• Must be able to work well with other people and possess effective consulting skills
• Must possess strong project and resource management skills
