EVERNET Consulting is a growing IT Managed Services & Marketing firm looking for an experienced Client Success Manager to become the primary point of contact for our clients after onboarding. You'll work alongside our IT and Marketing teams to ensure every client receives exceptional service while helping strengthen long-term partnerships that drive our continued growth.
• Experience with Autotask PSA is highly preferred. Candidates with Autotask experience, MSP account management, client success, service coordination, or billing experience are especially encouraged to apply.
This is a 100% remote, part-time position with a clear path to becoming full-time as our company continues to grow.
If you enjoy talking with clients, coordinating with technical teams, keeping accounts organized, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks-you'll fit right in.
What You'll Do
As our Client Success Manager, you'll serve as the trusted advisor for your assigned clients, ensuring they receive exceptional service while coordinating closely with our IT and Marketing teams.
You'll build relationships, oversee account health, coordinate billing communications, conduct regular business reviews, identify growth opportunities, and help ensure our clients continue to view EVERNET as a trusted long-term partner.
Client Relationship Management
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts
  • Build strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication
  • Conduct regular client check-ins, account reviews, and business reviews
  • Coordinate service requests with our IT and Marketing teams
  • Ensure projects and ongoing services stay on track
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client partnerships
  • Resolve concerns quickly while delivering an outstanding client experience

Billing & Account Coordination
  • Answer client billing questions professionally and confidently
  • Follow up on invoices and outstanding balances
  • Coordinate billing adjustments with internal departments
  • Help clients navigate payment portals and billing processes
  • Review delivered services to help ensure accurate invoicing
  • Perform vendor reconciliations with exceptional attention to detail

Service Quality & Team Collaboration
  • Review ticket quality and documentation
  • Maintain detailed notes within Autotask PSA and other business systems
  • Collaborate with technicians, marketing specialists, and leadership
  • Help improve internal processes and client satisfaction
  • Represent EVERNET professionally in every interaction
