Responsibilities:
• Align technology capabilities and product initiatives with business objectives, identifying opportunities for innovation and technical enhancements that deliver measurable value
• Build and maintain strong relationships with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand priorities, and support strategic planning efforts
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of IT products, from ideation and planning through delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement
• Lead product design and execution, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of key milestones
• Apply agile methodologies, manage sprint cycles, and facilitate ceremonies to drive iterative development and team performance
