Job Description

Overall summary: Partner with IT Team to align company information technology with strategic direction and support IT processes and procedures. Including, but not limited to Point of Sale (Aloha), VOIP Phones, Cellular, PC's, Mac's, Tablets, Printers, Networking and Internet connectivity.
Required Training/Experience/Education

Guest 1st Mentality
Fully engaged, service minded attitude
College degree preferred, but not necessary 
Computer expertise (Aloha, Excel, Windows, POS, etc.) 
Basic Networking skills 
Support or troubleshooting background

Aloha experience in any capacity required


Minimum Qualifications 
Must be alert to needs of supervisor and co workers 
Command of the English language
Available to work 55+ hour work week (Occasional Nights and weekends required)
Must be able to sit and stand for 8-10 hours
Office out of Addison, TX with the ability to travel 20% when needed
Outstanding verbal, written and multi-tasking skills
Ability to create momentum and foster organizational change 
Strong conflict resolution skills
Strong business acumen
Able to solve problems by identifying root causes and negotiating satisfactory resolution
Able to influence change by leveraging strong working relationships built on trust

Responsible for the proper use and maintenance of BLRO IT Ticket System.
Supports and meets company objectives.
Executes/implements new/upgraded information systems adhering to plans, procedures, deadlines, and accountabilities 
Evaluates and implements IT procedures and equipment for maximum efficiency and cost containment. 
Ensures users/customers are provided professional, courteous, and timely support and service. 
Stays abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance. 
Executes company Disaster Recovery Plan as needed 
Performs other related duties as assigned by management. 
Completes assigned tasks and goals in a timely manner
