Imprimis Group is seeking an experienced Innovation Technology Manager for a growing technology and innovation team. This leadership role blends engineering management, product ownership, client consulting, and emerging technology. You'll lead a small team of software engineers while partnering with clients to scope, design, and deliver innovative digital products, applications, and interactive experiences.

This is an ideal opportunity for a technical leader who enjoys solving complex business challenges, mentoring engineers, and translating technical concepts into client-friendly solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of junior software engineers.
  • Partner with clients to understand business needs and recommend technology solutions.
  • Scope technical projects, define delivery plans, and oversee execution from concept through launch.
  • Serve as the bridge between clients, product teams, and engineering.
  • Own product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business needs.
  • Review technical architecture and guide engineering best practices.
  • Collaborate on innovative projects involving AI integrations, interactive web applications, mobile technologies, and emerging digital experiences.
  • Drive multiple fast-paced projects while ensuring quality delivery.

Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of software engineering experience with at least 2 years leading technical teams.
  • Strong background in modern technologies such as React, React Native, Node.js, APIs, and cloud-based applications.
  • Experience owning product roadmaps and leading technical project delivery.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
  • Experience in a digital agency, creative technology, consulting, or product development environment is highly preferred.
  • Exposure to AI, WebGL, WebXR, mobile applications, or interactive technologies is a plus.
