Role Overview and Core Responsibilities
  • Lead acquisition integration initiatives within the TruOps Salesforce ecosystem by assessing current-state processes, identifying gaps, and developing scalable, repeatable approaches for onboarding acquired businesses into the TransUnion operating model.
  • Design, document, and continuously improve acquisition integration playbooks, governance frameworks, workflows, and operating procedures that support consistent execution across future acquisitions.
  • Partner with business, operations, and technology stakeholders to coordinate integration activities across people, process, data, and technology workstreams.
  • Drive integration planning, execution tracking, dependency management, risk identification, issue resolution, and overall project governance to support successful outcomes.
  • Evaluate previous acquisition integrations and recommend opportunities to standardize, enhance, or incorporate lessons learned into future-state operating models.
  • Facilitate cross-functional working sessions, planning meetings, readiness reviews, and stakeholder communications to ensure alignment throughout integration efforts.
  • Support data, workflow, and system integration activities by partnering with technology teams to document requirements, assess impacts, and enable operational readiness.
  • Develop recommendations that improve organizational scalability, operational efficiency, and integration effectiveness while balancing acquisition-specific business needs.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing structure, clarity, and execution support in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

Required Knowledge and Experiences
  • 8+ years of experience leading acquisition integration, business transformation, operational excellence, program management, or related initiatives with demonstrated success delivering complex cross-functional efforts.
  • Experience assessing current-state business processes, documenting workflows, identifying improvement opportunities, and designing future-state operating models that drive standardization and scalability.
  • Proven ability to lead initiatives across business, operations, and technology teams while influencing stakeholders and driving alignment in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience partnering with acquired companies, external stakeholders, former business owners, or cross-functional leadership teams to facilitate organizational integration and change.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
  • Strong communication, relationship management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and drive progress in newly established environments

Required Technical Skills
  • Experience using project and program management methodologies, tools, and governance practices to manage complex initiatives from planning through execution.
  • Ability to document business processes, system workflows, integration requirements, and operational procedures using process-mapping and documentation tools.
  • Working knowledge of enterprise business systems and technology environments, with the ability to partner effectively with technical teams on integration efforts.
  • Experience tracking project milestones, dependencies, risks, issues, and action items using project management and workflow management platforms.
  • Familiarity with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) platforms such as Salesforce and the broader system ecosystems that support end-to-end business operations.

We're also looking for the preferred skills below. Whether you are proficient or could use some brushing up, we're happy to support your career development and growth in:
