Job description

The Technology Integration and Marketing Manager will lead the implementation of technology platforms that enhance operational performance while managing all marketing and branding initiatives. This dual-role position requires a strategic thinker who understands both the technical needs of a security services company and the power of targeted marketing to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities – Technology Integration

· Identify, evaluate, and implement technology solutions to improve scheduling, officer tracking, incident reporting, and client communications.

· Collaborate with operations and site supervisors to streamline workflows using digital tools (e.g., CRM, workforce management systems).

· Manage and support rollout of mobile applications, surveillance systems, and reporting dashboards.

· Maintain vendor relationships for all tech-related platforms.

· Train internal staff and field officers on newly implemented systems.

Key Responsibilities – Marketing & Branding

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote HALO’s services to public and private sector clients.

· Manage the company’s website, social media channels, and search engine optimization (SEO).

· Create marketing collateral including capability statements, brochures, proposals, and newsletters.

· Coordinate branding and messaging for events, expos, and community initiatives.

· Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and client-facing materials.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.

· 3+ years of relevant experience in a technology/marketing role.

· Familiarity with security or workforce management platforms (e.g., Trackforce, Officer Reports).

· Experience with CRM systems, CMS platforms, and marketing analytics tools.
