About the Role

The team delivers a high-quality implementation experience, including bespoke configuration, for multiple SaaS products. They also deliver prepaid consulting services, including bespoke reporting and quality analysis. They currently focus on the ESG product, but are now including additional products such as D4H, Lone Worker and Chemical Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Multi product delivery: Develop proficiency in implementation and services for 2 or more SaaS products.

  • Onboarding & Delivery: Independently manage multiple customer onboarding projects, including complex and multi-product implementations. This includes leading client workshops and training, managing timelines, supporting change management, and ensuring delivery follows best practices.

  • Customer & Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with customers and internal teams, ensuring customer excellence and strong internal collaboration. Handle challenges with clear communication and proactive problem-solving.

  • Commercial Awareness: Ensure projects stay within contracted scopes. Apply commercial understanding to ensure delivery supports both customer value and business goals. Be diligent in administrative tasks to ensure accurate metrics are being used for decision making.

  • Kickoff calls, platform configuration, user training and review calls, services such as bespoke reporting & quality analysis, managing issues or blockers.

  • Internal day to day tasks include tracking time, contributing to internal initiatives for process improvements, and assisting other teams such as sales, product, or technical support.

What we're looking for:

  • 2 years+ experience within SaaS implementation.

  • Experience with customer-facing roles, including strong skills in communication, training and issue management.

  • Adapts quickly to new priorities and approaches challenges with a solution mindset.

  • Key tools usage; Salesforce & Certinia.
