Currency Exchange International is looking for a proactive, results-drive, and organized professional to join the team as a Client Implementation Specialist.


Description: The Client Implementation Specialist will support client onboarding and implementation activities while gaining expertise in CXI's systems, products, and implementation processes. This role works closely with clients and internal departments to configure solutions, perform testing, assist with training, and ensure a successful onboarding experience. Through training, mentorship, and hands-on experience, the Client Implementation Specialist will develop the skills necessary to independently manage client implementations, conduct training sessions, and serve as a trusted point of contact throughout the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, resourceful, and committed to providing an exceptional client experience.


Essential Functions:

  • Support multiple client implementation projects simultaneously while meeting established deadlines.
  • Track project milestones, action items, and follow-up activities throughout the implementation process.
  • Maintain consistent and professional communication with clients throughout implementation projects.
  • Participate in client meetings, training sessions, and implementation activities with the expectation of developing into an independent Implementation Specialist.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Operations, IT, Compliance, and other internal departments to coordinate sales support, onboarding, and implementation activities.
  • Assist with gathering and documenting client requirements and system configurations.
  • Conduct quality assurance testing and validate implementation details prior to client go-live.
  • Identify potential issues, communicate risks, and escalate concerns when appropriate.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation records.
  • Provide a high level of customer service and professionalism throughout the client onboarding experience.
  • Support sales and implementation activities by assisting with onboarding documentation, client requirements gathering, and customer transition from the sales process to implementation.
  • Partner with Sales to respond to client inquiries regarding onboarding requirements, implementation timelines, product capabilities, and operational processes.
  • Maintain accurate customer and implementation records within CRM and other business systems to support client onboarding and ongoing relationship management.

Required Education & Experience:

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving ability and creativity
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate professionally via email, phone, virtual meetings, and in person.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new systems and technology.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

This is a full-time position. Days of work are Monday through Friday. The position may require flexibility to support client implementations, system updates outside of normal business hours when business needs arise.


Benefits:

  • Compensation - Base salary of $45,000 annually, plus commission. Based on current production expectations, commission earnings are anticipated to average approximately $1,000 per month, although actual commissions may vary. Typical monthly commission earnings are expected to range between $600 and $1,200, depending on individual and business performance.
  • Commuter Reimbursement - CXI will pay the driving toll, bus or metro cost in and out of work
  • Holiday Pay – 11 days of paid designated holidays annually
  • Vacation Pay – 10 days of paid vacation time off annually
  • Sick/Personal Days – 5 days of paid sick/personal time off annually
  • 401K Plan - Company matches at 5%
  • Health/Dental/Vision - 60% payment of the Health/Dental/Vision Insurance premiums
  • Short and Long-Term Disability - Plan premiums are fully covered by CXI
