Job description

Company Overview
Irth Solutions is a software product company that develops cutting-edge technology platforms designed to set industry benchmarks. With a strong product culture, collaborative work environment, and significant growth potential, Irth provides an exciting opportunity to work with modern, enterprise-scale data platforms.
Position Summary
Irth Solutions is seeking an Implementation Consultant to lead end-to-end SaaS implementations that help operators work safely and keep communities connected to critical infrastructure.
The Implementation Consultant partners closely with clients to understand their business processes, translate business needs into system requirements, and configure and implement software solutions that meet client objectives. This role is responsible for requirements gathering, configuration, training, troubleshooting, testing, documentation, and ongoing client support.
The ideal candidate is a strong individual contributor who can influence decision-makers, manage multiple priorities, communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and proactively solve complex problems. Success in this role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, independence, and the ability to build trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Client Engagement & Requirements Gathering
  • Meet with clients following the sale of software solutions to gather the information and data required for implementation and customization.
  • Facilitate business requirements sessions to understand client objectives, evaluate priorities, determine feasibility, and recommend optimal solutions.
  • Analyze clients' current-state ("as-is") business processes and translate them into future-state ("to-be") processes within Irth's products.
  • Identify process gaps, configuration needs, and opportunities for product enhancements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout all phases of implementation.
  • Serve as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned projects.
Software Implementation & Configuration
  • Lead the end-to-end implementation of Irth software solutions, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Customize and configure software systems according to client requirements and specifications.
  • Guide clients through system configuration using a Train-the-Trainer approach to develop internal client-side software subject matter experts.
  • Demonstrate system functionality and provide guidance on product capabilities, workflows, and implementation-related questions.
  • Troubleshoot implementation issues and coordinate with internal technical teams to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Ensure implemented solutions meet applicable business, product, and regulatory requirements.
Project Management & Delivery
  • Partner with Project Managers to plan, organize, execute, and monitor multiple implementation initiatives.
  • Participate in regular project meetings, status reporting, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track project progress, milestones, risks, issues, and deliverables using company systems.
  • Maintain accurate project status information and time-entry records.
  • Proactively identify project risks and dependencies and develop appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Support overall customer satisfaction and successful project delivery.
Product & Development Collaboration
  • Coordinate client enhancement requests with internal Irth product and development teams.
  • Establish development timelines and ETAs for planned enhancements and communicate updates to impacted stakeholders.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations when timelines or priorities change, including communicating the rationale for ETA adjustments.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure business requirements and user stories are accurately reflected in technical designs and development sprints.
  • Participate in product and business process analysis to ensure proposed enhancements align with overall product strategy.
  • Evaluate solutions to ensure enhancements expand product capabilities without creating conflicts with existing functionality or product direction.
Documentation, Testing & Quality Assurance
  • Document business and system requirements through Statements of Work (SOWs), process-flow diagrams, wireframes, flowcharts, and configuration documentation.
  • Support detailed system and business process analysis.
  • Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test preparation, execution, issue tracking, and client sign-off.
  • Review product content and configurations for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with business intent.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date project and implementation documentation.
Customer Support & Continuous Improvement
  • Provide ongoing implementation support and guidance to ensure clients successfully adopt the software solution.
  • Monitor client needs and identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced product utilization.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients and internal technical teams throughout implementation and post-implementation activities.
  • Take a proactive approach to identifying and resolving client, product, and implementation challenges.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by an appropriate administrator or their representative.
Key Success Factors
The successful candidate will demonstrate:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong business analysis and requirements-gathering abilities.
  • Ability to translate complex business processes into practical software solutions.
  • Strong project organization and time-management skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Proactive, analytical, and solution-oriented problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to influence and collaborate effectively with decision-makers and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong client-facing and relationship-management skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.
