Job Description:

The Technology Enablement & Adoption Specialist supports ProPetro's digital transformation by driving user adoption of enterprise technologies, including AI tools and business applications. This role is responsible for developing training programs, supporting change management initiatives, and enabling employees to effectively leverage new technologies in their day-to-day work. The position partners closely with IT, PMO, and business stakeholders to promote AI literacy, optimize user experience, and ensure successful rollout and adoption of technology solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain an enterprise AI literacy curriculum to support responsible and effective use of AI tools

  • Design and deliver role-based training programs (e.g., Copilot for Finance, Claude for IR)

  • Lead training delivery for enterprise applications, systems, and new technology implementations

  • Support change management efforts for IT and digital transformation initiatives, including communication, training, and adoption tracking

  • Build and enable a network of AI Champions across the organization to support peer learning and adoption

  • Own and maintain the technology knowledge base, including documentation, training materials, and user guides

  • Develop and manage prompt libraries and governance for AI tool usage to ensure consistency, effectiveness, and compliance

  • Partner with IT PMO and project teams to embed training and adoption strategies into project plans and system rollouts

  • Gather user feedback and adoption metrics to continuously improve training programs and user experience

  • Identify gaps in user knowledge and recommend targeted enablement initiatives

  • Provide ongoing support, coaching, and guidance to users on technology tools and best practices

  • Stay current on emerging AI tools, digital trends, and training methodologies to enhance program effectiveness

  • Maintain compliance with Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies by attending all required HSE training sessions, safety meetings, and always utilize proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business, Organizational Development, or related field preferred

  • 2-5 years of experience in training, change management, IT enablement, business analysis, or related role

  • Experience developing and delivering training programs or learning content

  • Exposure to AI tools (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) or enterprise applications preferred

  • Familiarity with change management principles and user adoption strategies [IT PMO_JD Final | Word]

  • Strong communication and presentation skills; ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously

  • Experience with documentation, knowledge base tools, or training platforms preferred

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, or training tools preferred

  • Highly collaborative with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
