Job Description We are seeking an experienced Application Developer to join our Applications team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is responsible for developing, maintaining, and enhancing enterprise web applications while also supporting and integrating third-party platforms such as ServiceNow and the Microsoft Power Platform. This position is ideal for a well-rounded developer who is comfortable working independently, collaborating within a team, and communicating effectively with both technical peers and senior management.

The role includes hands-on development, system integration, and participation in ongoing application modernization efforts. This position is based at our headquarters in Springfield, IL and is an in-office position(No remote availability). Key Responsibilities Develop, maintain, and enhance enterprise web applications Write, maintain, and optimize SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures Configure, integrate, and support third-party enterprise platforms Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and infrastructure teams to gather requirements and deliver effective solutions Troubleshoot and resolve application issues across development, test, and production environments Ensure applications follow established best practices for security, performance, and maintainability Communicate technical concepts, risks, and progress to senior management Contribute to technical documentation and team knowledge sharing Required Qualifications 5+ years of professional application development experience Proficiency in C# and the .NET Framework Experience with Microsoft Power Platform Experience configuring, integrating, and supporting third-party software platforms Working knowledge of SQL Server (queries, views, stored procedures; DBA experience not required) Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-pace environment Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team You must have permanent authorization to work in the USA for any employer

You will report to the Chief Information Officer. Salary Range $80,000-$100,000 annually plus paid overtime and full benefits. This range represents the low and high for this position.
