Davis & Floyd (D F) is seeking an energetic, strategic, innovative, and results-driven Director of Marketing to lead the development and execution of D F's marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness, support business development, and drive growth. This role is responsible for overseeing brand management, digital marketing, proposals, public relations, events, market research, and marketing operations while ensuring alignment with the firm's strategic objectives. The ideal candidate is both a strategic thinker and hands-on leader who can translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.
Responsibilities
• Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and inform decision-making
• Measure and report marketing performance, ROI, and key marketing metrics
• Lead brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Strengthen D F's reputation through thought leadership, public relations, and strategic communications
• Oversee content development, including website, social media, blogs, videos, and email marketing
• Partner with business development and technical teams to develop proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral
• Enhance pursuit strategies and improve proposal development processes and efficiencies
• Help communicate D F's value proposition and differentiators to clients and prospects
• Direct digital marketing initiatives including SEO, PPC, website management, and social media
• Plan and manage industry conferences, trade shows, and client engagement events

Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Public Relations, or related field
• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibility
• Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, content development, and analytics
• Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills
• Experience in engineering, architecture, construction, consulting, or professional services is preferred
