Practice/Technology Director

We are seeking a highly experienced Practice/Technology Director to serve as a strategic leader and Subject Matter Expert (SME) for enterprise Integration, Data Migration, Change Management, and Cloud Adoption initiatives. This role is responsible for designing, developing, and overseeing integration and data management strategies while leading organizational change management efforts that enable successful technology transformation.

The successful candidate will provide executive-level consulting expertise, guide enterprise modernization programs, establish best practices, and advise client leadership on technology adoption, business transformation, and risk mitigation strategies. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise, organizational change leadership, and consulting management experience.

What you'll do Strategic Leadership
  • Serve as the primary SME for Integration, Data Migration, Change Management, and Cloud Adoption initiatives.
  • Develop and execute strategic roadmaps supporting enterprise modernization and digital transformation programs.
  • Advise executive stakeholders on technology adoption strategies, organizational readiness, governance, and transformation planning. · Lead the development of practice methodologies, standards, and delivery frameworks.
  • Support business development efforts through solution design, proposal development, client presentations, and thought leadership activities.
Integration and Data Migration Strategy
  • Design and oversee enterprise integration strategies across cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Develop data migration frameworks, governance models, and implementation methodologies.
  • Establish best practices for data quality, master data management, data governance, reconciliation, and validation.
  • Lead architecture reviews and provide oversight for complex integration and migration initiatives.
  • Ensure integration and data management strategies align with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards.
Change Management and Cloud Adoption Leadership
  • Develop comprehensive change management strategies to support cloud adoption and enterprise transformation initiatives.
  • Lead stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and organizational readiness efforts.
  • Assess organizational impacts and define adoption strategies that accelerate user acceptance and business value realization.
  • Establish change management frameworks, metrics, and success criteria.
  • Guide clients through cloud transformation journeys, including readiness assessments, adoption planning, and operational transition activities.
Program Oversight and Governance
  • Provide executive oversight for large-scale transformation programs and consulting engagements.
  • Manage program risks, dependencies, budgets, resource requirements, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Establish governance structures and performance metrics to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Monitor program performance and recommend corrective actions when necessary.
  • Ensure compliance with organizational, contractual, security, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership and Mentorship
  • Mentor consultants, managers, architects, and technical specialists across the practice.
  • Foster innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within delivery teams.
  • Support workforce development and capability‑building initiatives.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and adoption of industry best practices
Qualifications
  • US Citizen with ability to obtain a US Public Trust.
  • 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology, systems integration, data migration, cloud transformation, organizational change management, or related disciplines.
  • 4+ years of consulting management, practice leadership, program leadership, or related technology management experience.
  • Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing enterprise integration and data migration strategies.
  • Proven experience developing and executing organizational change management programs supporting technology transformation.
  • Experience leading cloud adoption initiatives and enterprise modernization efforts.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, governance, risk management, and technology delivery frameworks.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to influence executive-level decision-making and drive organizational change.
Preferred
  • Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, and enterprise cloud transformation programs.
  • Expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud integrations, data migration, reporting, security, and modernization initiatives.
  • Experience with enterprise integration technologies, APIs, middleware platforms, ETL solutions, and cloud-native integration services.
  • Experience supporting federal government agencies and highly regulated environments.
  • Knowledge of federal security, compliance, governance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Experience implementing change management methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent frameworks.
  • Professional certifications in cloud technologies, enterprise architecture, project/program management, organizational change management, or data management disciplines.
