We have an opportunity for an INTERMEDIATE IT MANAGEMENT ANALYST supporting one of our Federal customers in Reston Va.

MINIMUM CLEARANCE LEVEL: Secret

CITIZENSHIP: US Citizenship

LOCATION: Onsite Reston Va

Position Summary

The Intermediate IT Management Analyst supports N6 business operations and stakeholder communications, serving as a key contributor to policy monitoring, content management, and organizational communications. This position monitors IT policy distribution sites, manages SharePoint and Teams content, supports conference planning and coordination, and creates organizational materials. The analyst serves as the N6 Training Coordinator and supports development of Navy Medicine IT policies.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor policy distribution sites for new DoD, DHA, and Navy IT-related policies and guidance

Support development and review of policies and procedures for enterprise IT initiatives

Assist in policy development, correspondence, coordination, briefings, and document preparation

Provide policy compliance monitoring for overarching IT policies

Draft execution plans for Navy Medicine enterprise to comply with IT policy

Provide subject matter expertise for development of Navy Medicine IT Policies

Manage Microsoft SharePoint and Teams content for N6 directorates

Provide Teams channel content management to enhance communication

Assist with conference planning including CVENT or similar tools

Travel to support geographically dispersed conferences for logistical purposes

Coordinate and facilitate monthly meetings between N6 and regional IT leadership

Create and distribute IT organizational materials (brochures, fact sheets, presentations)

Serve as N6 Training Coordinator, track and report training status to leadership

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

Knowledge of DoD, DHA, and Navy IT policy frameworks and compliance requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint administration and content management

Experience with Microsoft Teams channel management and collaboration tools

Familiarity with conference planning tools (CVENT or similar)

Strong written communication skills for policy documentation and organizational materials

Experience with training coordination and tracking systems

Ability to facilitate meetings and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups

Knowledge of Navy Medicine organizational structure and communication channels

Education: Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business Administration, or related field. Master's Degree preferred.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in DoD/Federal RMF implementation

  • IAM II
  • Acceptable certifications include Security+, CAP, or CASP+
