iBUYPOWER is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented IT Assistant to support our IT department with daily technical operations. The ideal candidate will assist with computer deployment, troubleshooting, user support, inventory management, and network maintenance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices
  • Assist with Windows installation, imaging, and deployment
  • Set up and configure new computers and user accounts
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
  • Support Active Directory user management and password resets
  • Assist with inventory tracking of IT equipment and software licenses
  • Maintain and organize IT documentation
  • Support Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Teams users
  • Assist with network cabling and workstation setup
  • Monitor and escalate issues to senior IT staff when necessary
  • Follow company IT security policies and procedures

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
  • Basic knowledge of Windows 10/11
  • Basic understanding of computer hardware and networking
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Microsoft 365
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move computer equipment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Qualifications:
