About the Role

iCapital is seeking an Event Operational and Technology Assistant Vice President to join the Global Events team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CVENT or event technology experience who enjoys owning the digital backbone of events from registrations and event websites to invitations and attendee communications.

This individual will work closely with event leads and support a global calendar of high-profile client events, conferences, and internal programs.

Responsibilities

  • Manage event technology execution across global events using CVENT.
  • Build and manage event registration sites, agendas, forms, and workflows.
  • Create and deploy event invitations, confirmations, reminders, and postevent communications.
  • Manage attendee data, reporting, and list accuracy across multiple events.
  • Support onsite registration setup, badge printing, and troubleshooting.
  • Maintain event calendars, timelines, and technology documentation.
  • Partner with internal teams such as Marketing, Events, Compliance, and Legal to ensure accurate content and approvals.
  • Support integrations with other tools and apply best practices for data hygiene and reporting.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in event technology and attendee management
  • Hands-on experience with registration website platforms such as CVENT
  • Proficient programming skills of HTML and CSS is beneficial
  • Onsite event registration experience
  • Experience with virtual meetings and event platforms
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office , specifically with Excel (comfortable with VLOOKUP function) and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail and comfort managing large datasets and registrations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Strong client management skills with the ability to influence and lead by example, fostering a positive environment
  • Motivated, self-starter, able to take direction and work independently
  • Comfortable supporting multiple events simultaneously across time zones
  • Organized, proactive, and eager to grow within global event operations

Benefits

The base salary range for this role is $90,000 to $110,000. iCapital offers a compensation package which includes salary, equity for all full-time employees, and an annual performance bonus.
