Job description

A AAA Club Alliance is seeking an IT Business Solutions Partner to join our team in either Wilmington, DE or Cincinnati, OH. In this role, you will serve as a strategic liaison between business and technology teams, driving innovative solutions that support organizational goals, enhance operational efficiency, and advance key Insurance business initiatives.

This role follows a hybrid work schedule and on-site presence is require Tuesday through Thursday.

The primary duties of the IT Business Solutions Partner are:

  • Understand business strategy, assess business needs, identify emerging information technologies and distill them into appropriate business solutions that are consistent with AAA Club Alliance's strategy and business objectives.

  • Assist the business units and support functions in the preparation of enterprise impact assessments, project proposals and annual operating plans (IT portion of budgets) including the definition, estimation, evaluation and justification of information technology related investments.

  • Assure that business requirements and priorities are considered in the development/specification of AAA Club Alliance's information systems and products.

  • Assist business units in the development of business strategies that incorporate the appropriate level of technology.

  • Assist business units in the identification and documentation of process improvements, including conceptual design and requirements definition of information system alternatives.

  • Assist business units in the identification of benefits and costs for project justification and budgeting.

  • Act as liaison with third-party solution providers (e.g., Workday, Salesforce.com, AAA Insurance Group) to identify solution alternatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).

  • 5-8 years of relevant business, technology, or project-related experience.

  • 5+ years of experience managing projects and applying project management methodologies and best practices.

  • Proven ability to build strong working relationships and effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.

  • Demonstrated experience managing internal and external partnerships, including aligning expectations and driving successful project outcomes.

  • Strong communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience negotiating and coordinating with external consulting firms and technology service providers to secure project resources.

  • Professional certification in Project Management, Information Systems, Business Analysis, or a related discipline.
