Position Summary
NOVVA Data Centers is seeking an IT Analyst / Developer to support daily cybersecurity operations while assisting with the development and administration of the ServiceNow platform. This role is ideal for someone beginning their cybersecurity career who enjoys automation, scripting, and solving operational problems through technology.
The successful candidate will gain experience across security operations, ServiceNow development, compliance, vulnerability management, and enterprise IT.
Primary Responsibilities
Security Operations
  • Monitor security dashboards and alerts
  • Perform initial investigation of security events
  • Escalate incidents to senior staff
  • Monitor endpoint protection systems
  • Review authentication and identity events
  • Assist with threat intelligence activities

Vulnerability Management
  • Review vulnerability scan results
  • Coordinate remediation tracking
  • Validate remediation efforts
  • Prepare vulnerability reports

ServiceNow Development
