CrowdStrike, Inc. is seeking a seasoned commercial attorney and manager to join our legal team.

This role will support licensing and partnership deals globally across GSIs, cloud hyperscalers, MSSPs, OEMs, and technology alliances, as both contributor and hands-on leader. You will mentor 2–5 attorneys, draft complex agreements, provide strategic counsel to executives, and help scale processes and AI-enabled workflows.
