Job Overview & Responsibilities
Mythics LLC & its wholly owned subsidiary Emergent LLC are entering a new phase of strategic growth, driven by a unified OEM expansion strategy and a more integrated operating model across their brands. To accelerate this vision, we are seeking a highly experienced Vice President of Alliances & Channels to build, scale, and lead our partner ecosystem across OEMs, technology alliances, and channel organizations.
This executive will be responsible for developing a cohesive alliance strategy that expands our market reach, strengthens our OEM relationships, and drives incremental revenue across all product and consulting lines. This role will play a critical role in shaping how we engage partners, how we co-sell and co-market, and how we leverage the ecosystem to support our long-term brand consolidation strategy. This is a remote position.
Responsibilities and Essential Duties
Alliance & OEM Strategy
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive OEM expansion strategy across Mythics & Emergent.
  • Strengthen and grow strategic relationships with key OEM partners, ensuring alignment on joint roadmaps, incentives, and go-to-market motions.
  • Identify new OEM and technology alliance opportunities that expand our portfolio and market presence.
  • Drive partner-led innovation and co-development initiatives that enhance customer value.

Channel Development & Ecosystem Growth
  • Build and scale a high-performing channel program that increases partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue.
  • Establish clear partner tiers, incentives, enablement programs, and performance metrics.
  • Expand our reach through VARs, GSIs, ISVs, MSPs, and specialized niche partners aligned to our growth markets.

Revenue & GTM Alignment
  • Partner closely with the CGSO, CRO, Product & Consulting sales leaders, and marketing to ensure unified GTM execution.
  • Drive predictable pipeline generation through OEM and channel motions.
  • Collaborate with revenue operations to ensure accurate forecasting, reporting, and partner performance analytics.
  • Support the company's broader brand consolidation strategy by aligning alliance and channel motions across both organizations.

Leadership & Cross-Functional Influence
  • Lead a team of alliance managers, partner development leaders, and channel operations professionals.
  • Work closely with product, delivery, marketing, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on partner-driven initiatives.
  • Represent the company in executive-level partner meetings, industry events, and strategic planning sessions.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of experience in alliances, channels, OEM management, or ecosystem leadership within enterprise technology.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth.
  • Deep experience working with major OEMs, cloud providers, and technology alliances.
  • Experience with federal, state, and Higher Education
  • Demonstrated success in developing partner-led GTM strategies and co-selling motions in Public Sector.
  • Experience leading teams through organizational change, integration, or brand consolidation.

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
  • Background in enterprise software, cloud, infrastructure, or consulting services.
  • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence at all levels, internally and externally.
