Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Enterprise IT, Data & AI Architect to lead the design, integration, and governance of our technology, data, and AI landscape. This senior role bridges business strategy with technical architecture, ensuring that modern applications, cloud platforms, data systems, and AI capabilities work together to accelerate organizational efficiency and performance.

This individual will serve as a strategic thought leader: deeply knowledgeable in business processes, enterprise systems, data architecture, and the emerging AI technologies that are reshaping the digital enterprise. They will play a critical role in shaping the technology roadmap and driving innovation across the organization.

About the Team

You will lead the team "Enterprise and cloud architecture" composed of 2 architects based in Massy, France.

The Enterprise and cloud architecture team is part of the "Global Digital Services" organization.

We are a diverse and dynamic group of 70 professionals based across Houston, Massy, Crawley and Singapore.

We manage the Business Systems and Solutions (HCM, Finance, CRM..), Cloud and Platform services (ITSM, digital workspace, identity management and cloud solutions engineering) and the IT service management.

We work together to modernize the digital solutions, optimize the digital workspace, accelerate AI enablement and improve customer experience, combining our expertise across regions to drive innovation and impactful results. Our team values collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation, and we take pride in supporting each other to achieve shared goals.

Key Responsibilities

Enterprise Architecture Strategy

  • Define and evolve the enterprise architecture across applications, data, integrations, infrastructure, and AI.
  • Align technology choices with business strategy and establish standards and governance.

AI Strategy & Architecture

  • Shape the enterprise AI architecture (platforms, MLOps, governance, Responsible AI).
  • Identify AI/automation use cases and integrate AI-powered solutions securely and at scale.

Business Process & Technology Alignment

  • Analyze crossfunctional processes to design architectures that optimize flow and automation.
  • Partner with business leaders to align solutions with operational needs and promote modern platforms.

Data Architecture & Governance

  • Develop enterprise data architecture, ensuring robust models, pipelines, and governance.
  • Drive MDM, metadata management, and data lineage initiatives in collaboration with data teams.

Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in enterprise architecture, data architecture, or solution architecture roles.
  • Proficiency with modern IT applications and Azure cloud ecosystem.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and the enterprise systems that support them (e.g., ERP, CRM, HCM).
  • Extensive experience with data platforms, integration patterns, APIs, and data governance.
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies, including machine learning, generative AI, automation platforms, and AI-enabled enterprise applications.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred:

  • Experience with enterprise architecture tools (e.g., LeanIX, Ardoq, Orbus).
  • Knowledge of responsible AI frameworks and MLOps best practices.
  • Certifications (e.g., TOGAF, Azure Architect, CDMP, or AI/ML certifications).
