Apply now Job no: 504918
Work type: Full Time Regular
Location: Remote
Categories: Information Technology

We are seeking a motivated leader to step into the AALS Information Services Manager (ISM) role-an enterprise delivery position focused on bringing together technology execution, business partnership, and strategic alignment. In this role, you'll help deliver technology solutions that support Aligned Assurance and Legal priorities, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and enterprise goals while building strong partnerships across teams and vendors.

This role works across Aligned Assurance, Legal, and Information Services Operations to help drive coordinated delivery of initiatives tied to compliance, risk visibility, and operational performance. It offers strong visibility and the opportunity to influence how work gets done across teams.

This is a great fit for someone who is comfortable working in complex environments, builds strong relationships, and can drive work forward with consistency and accountability.

WHAT WE CAN OFFER YOU:

  • Estimated Salary (Levels have variable responsibilities and qualifications)
      • Info Services Manager: $155,000 - $164,000, plus annual bonus opportunity
  • 401(k) plan with a 2% company contribution and 6% company match.
  • Work-life balance with vacation, personal time and paid holidays. See our benefits and perks page for details.
  • Applicants for this position must not now, nor at any point in the future, require sponsorship for employment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

The Aligned Assurance & Law function plays an important role in supporting consistent, compliant, and well-governed technology delivery across the enterprise:

Enterprise Coordination & Alignment
Act as a key connection point across Information Services, Aligned Assurance, and Legal teams-helping keep priorities aligned, managing dependencies, and ensuring work is coordinated across teams.

Driving Business Outcomes
Support delivery of business and regulatory priorities by aligning technology work, resources, and vendor efforts to meet compliance, audit, and operational needs. Help ensure vendor-supported work is delivered as expected.

Leadership Engagement & Influence
Work closely with leaders across Aligned Assurance, Legal, and Information Services to provide visibility into progress, risks, and dependencies. Help support decision-making and keep work moving forward.

Advancing Governance & Operational Maturity
Contribute to improvements in governance, delivery practices, and operational processes. Help strengthen compliance efforts and support ongoing modernization, including automation where it makes sense

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • 3+ years of Information Services experience or related management experience with a solid technical foundation
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Project Management, Business, or related field; or equivalent experience
  • Experience working across multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs), platforms, and Information Services teams
  • Ability to work across business and technology teams to keep delivery aligned
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to work with a variety of stakeholders
  • Experience managing dependencies, risks, and competing priorities
  • Ability to drive consistently in governance, transparency, and execution
  • Focus on aligning work to business priorities and outcomes
  • Ability to support predictable, outcome-focused delivery
  • Experience with vendor and contract management
  • Promote a culture of diversity and inclusion, value different ideas and opinions, and listen courageously, remaining curious in all that you do.
  • Able to work remotely with access to a high-speed internet connection and located in the United States or Puerto Rico.

PREFERRED:

  • Experience supporting regulatory, compliance, audit, or legal functions
  • Familiarity with Agile ways of working, including Agile Release Trains (ARTs)
  • Experience contributing to governance or operational improvement efforts
  • Exposure to automation or modernization initiatives

This role is classified as remote; however, periodic in-person attendance will be required at times for activities such as quarterly or project planning, training, or other business-critical meetings.
