Service Technician โ€“ Direct Hire

Full-Time | Onsite Daily | Hourly + 1.5x Overtime

We are seeking a hands-on Service Technician for a full-time, direct-hire opportunity with a global industrial equipment organization. This is an onsite, hands-on role focused on preventative maintenance, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and repair of heavy industrial equipment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform preventative maintenance and pre-delivery equipment inspections
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair hydraulic, electrical, powertrain, and mechanical systems
  • Identify equipment failures, determine root causes, and complete necessary repairs
  • Maintain accurate service documentation and follow established safety/PPE procedures
  • Work independently while supporting a fast-paced service operation

What Weโ€™re Looking For

  • Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on equipment repair experience
  • Experience with industrial/commercial fluid power and low-voltage electrical control systems
  • Technical/trade school certificate OR relevant hands-on experience
  • 2โ€“5+ years of experience preferred, with opportunities for more senior-level technicians
  • Working knowledge of hydraulic systems and powertrain components
  • Basic computer skills and ability to read schematics
  • Valid driverโ€™s license and good driving record
  • Must have personal hand tools and be willing to complete required technical and safety training
  • Some travel may be required for training or support at other service locations

This is a direct-hire, full-time position paid hourly with overtime at 1.5x. The position is onsite daily.
