Job description

We are looking for Technical Recruiters to work on Full-Time basis at our office location in Madison, WI in a good working environment.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, well organized, pay close attention to details, communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing, work independently, and multi-task. The candidate will have good interpersonal skills. This position requires the incumbent to maintain consistent and regular attendance.

Technical Recruiter will be working with all aspects of recruiting, to complete the hiring/opening requisition process, tracking and monitoring candidate information, selection and hiring of new employees/consultants; tracking and monitoring confidential candidate information, responsible for overseeing the background and pre-employment screening process, editing and posting requisitions to internal/external sites and preparing reports for submittal.  Recruiter will coordinate and schedule interviews with consultants and clients.

The fast-paced environment requires the use of judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple tasks at once and meet deadlines.

Job Duties:

  • Communicate effectively (orally and in writing) with the Clients, Employees and Consultants.
  • Maintain knowledge and skills related to specific tasks.
  • Ability to prioritize assignments, adapt to changes in daily tasks when necessary and multi-task if needed.
  • Develop creative recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates to meet customer demands.
  • Develop a network of candidates and maintains an internal database of all qualified consultants.
  • Consult with hiring managers to better understand the client’s needs and maximize the level of service and encourages relationship building.
  • Formatting the requirement from clients for IT consultants and post in Job sites as per company standards.
  • Formatting and submitting the Consultants profile as per client standards.
  • Position requires the ability to maintain confidentiality and good interpersonal skills when dealing with Clients and Consultants.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Understanding of Recruiting principles.

Skills Required:

  • Experience working as a Recruiter
  • Previous HR/ Recruiting experience in Information Technology Industry is highly preferred not required
  • Exceptional computer skills and Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Familiarity with social media applications/platforms
  • Flexible and able to help out in all areas of recruiting
  • Positive attitude and approach, self-motivation and professionalism

Qualifications:  

A Bachelor’s Degree with 1 or more years of Recruiting or Human Resource experience required.
