We are seeking a talented and highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our growing team Talent Acquisition team. This is a full-cycle recruiting position supporting our technical hiring efforts. We are looking for an awesome team player to help develop a robust pipeline of prospective candidates and to network and engage top tier talent. What You'll Be Doing

  • Own full-cycle recruiting across both technical delivery and sales-aligned roles, including Solutions Architects, Cloud/DevOps Engineers, Software Developers, and Client Directors.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Technical Delivery leadership to align hiring with active pipeline, project demand, and business growth goals.
  • Translate technical and customer-facing requirements into targeted recruiting strategies that deliver high-quality, billable talent.
  • Build and manage pipelines for niche technical skill sets (e.g., cloud, data, security, DevOps) in highly competitive markets.
  • Proactively source passive candidates through Boolean searches, market mapping, referrals, and industry engagement.
  • Act as a strategic talent advisor to hiring managers-providing insights on talent availability, compensation, and hiring tradeoffs.
  • Drive intake and alignment sessions with both Sales and Delivery teams to ensure clarity on role expectations, timelines, and candidate profiles.
  • Screen and assess candidates for both technical capability and client-facing/consulting fit.
  • Create exceptional candidate experiences while managing expectations in a fast-moving, services-driven environment.
  • Own offer strategy and closing, partnering with leadership to align compensation with market conditions and business priorities.
  • Track and communicate recruiting metrics, pipeline health, and hiring progress to stakeholders.
  • Manage all operational aspects of recruiting including job descriptions, postings, interview coordination, and offer generation.
  • Collaborate across the TA team to support shared hiring goals, including overflow reqs, sourcing alignment, and continuous improvement.

  • Execution & Urgency: Ability to manage multiple priorities across technical and sales hiring while maintaining speed and quality.
  • Data-Driven Approach: Uses market data, pipeline metrics, and reporting to guide decisions and improve outcomes.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Builds trust quickly and communicates effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and leadership.
  • Team-Oriented: Thrives in a collaborative environment where recruiters work together to support shared delivery goals.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast-paced, consulting-driven business.

How to Qualify

  • 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical recruiting (preferred) or a blend of technical and sales recruiting
  • Experience recruiting for technical consulting, professional services, or technology organizations
  • Proven success hiring for roles such as Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Software Developers, Data Engineers, or Architects
  • Experience partnering with Sales and/or Delivery teams to support project-based or revenue-driven hiring
  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and sourcing tools for pipeline development and reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, etc.)
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environment

The base salary range for this full-time position in the US is $110k - $120k annually + bonuses + benefits.  Redapt salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.  The salary range displayed in each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.  Please note, the base pay offered may vary within the range depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to work location, job related knowledge/skills, relevant education/training, and level of experience.  Please note that the compensation details listed in the US role postings reflect the base salary only, and do not include bonuses or benefits.
