About the Team: Technical writers in the Content Experience organization at Salesforce produce documentation and user assistance that helps customers get the most out of our products. We work closely with product managers, engineers, and the user experience team in an Agile development environment to produce online help, guides, videos, and in-app assistance for administrators, users, and developers.

What We're Looking for: You're a problem solver with excellent people skills who knows what your customers need. You have proven experience writing easy-to-read help, UI text, and guides, and creating videos, tutorials, and other user assistance for enterprise business applications. You're a great match if you're self-directed, passionate about technology, produce high-quality documentation, and understand how your work contributes to the overall success of the product. You understand that autonomy and teamwork aren't opposing, but complementary, values. You will support scrum teams, and use the latest tools and processes in an Agile development environment to deliver the best work of your career!

Responsibilities: Own, create, and maintain documentation and in-app assistance for the Salesforce application, primarily Agentforce Sales.

Required Experience/Skills:

  • Under 2 years of experience as a writer, editor, or developer,

  • Undergrad or Masters graduate within 12 months of grad date

  • Ability to adhere to existing styles and processes

  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly

  • Experience creating online help

  • Ability to meet tight deadlines

  • Knowledge of XML or HTML
