The Opportunity
As a Workforce Solutions - Organization and Talent - Senior Manager, you will engage with clients to develop and implement strategic workforce and talent management solutions. Within our Organization & Talent practice, you will specialize in analyzing workforce trends and designing talent acquisition, development, and retention programs that align with business objectives. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while developing and sustaining diverse and inclusive teams.
In this role, you will work closely with clients to optimize their workforce strategies, enhancing employee engagement and driving organizational effectiveness. You will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. Your ability to validate outcomes with clients and share alternative perspectives will be crucial in driving organizational success. As you deepen your skills, you will initiate open and honest coaching conversations at all levels, making informed decisions to resolve issues and contribute to the overall success of our firm.
Responsibilities
- Leading strategic workforce planning initiatives to align with client business objectives
- Analyzing workforce trends and developing talent management strategies to enhance organizational effectiveness
- Designing and implementing talent acquisition, development, and retention programs
- Collaborating with clients to optimize workforce strategies and improve employee engagement
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying workforce challenges and opportunities
- Directing teams through complex and ambiguous situations with composure
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Validating outcomes with clients and acting on feedback to refine strategies
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing teams
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards within the organization
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 7 years of experience

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Communications/Media, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Government/Public Policy, Human Resources/Industrial Relations, Mathematics/Statistics, Organizational Management/Behavior, Psychology/Social Psychology, Social Sciences/Humanities

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $280,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
