Job description

We’re searching for a Technical Business Systems Manager with extensive experience with D365. The Technical Business Systems Manager owns client’s customized Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM environment, which powers their business from origination through booking. This is a hands-on management role: You will lead a small team of 1–2 direct reports while personally providing support, administration, configuration, integration, and development for the platform. The ideal candidate is a deep Dynamics 365 practitioner, someone who can administer and extend the system directly, build and maintain custom web resources and form logic, manage integrations and data flows, and partner with their development team on more complex enhancements. You''ll set direction and standards for the CRM function while staying close to the work yourself. Our client is an AI-first organization. They always start with AI to build the foundation — using AI tools (such as Claude) to accelerate requirements gathering, documentation, prototyping, and configuration logic is core to how this role and this team operate.
